Hospital bag & after care for mom & baby ?

Question

Ftm due in march . What do I need to pack in the hospital bag for me ? For baby?  
What will I need after birth at home for myself & baby ? Anything I should know that most of you didnt ?

Flip flops for the shower(dont put your feet on that nasty ground)
Socks/slippers
Pajamas with easy breast feeding access if thats your plan
Robe
Pillow and blanket if you want it
Loose fitting comfy clothes to wear home
Tooth brush
HAIR TIES
Phone charger
Camera if you plan on bringing one
Nursing bra
Babys bag
Coming home outfit
Anything you want for pictures
At home for you
Pads galore
Easy meals ready to go
Snacks
Water bottle 
I also folded baby outfits together so I dont have to look for clothes for her and so that my fiance grabs things that match in size because you know men can be challenged in that aspect.

There are a lot of good list online, that said there also tends to be a lot of stuff on the list that you won't really end up using in the end. My first pregnancy I definitely overpacked. My second pregnancy I was much lighter.
You only need one outfit for the baby when you go home. While he is in the hospital they have plenty of diapers, undershirts, swaddling blanket, Etc. They have formula in little mini bottles there in case you need to supplement. They even have breast pumps at the hospital. They also have a lot of things for you. I didn't bother bringing pajamas my second time because they wanted me in the hospital room for check-ups and such. I just brought regular bathrobe that I could wear to keep myself better covered and for when visitors came. 
Double check, but most Hospital you can order food for yourself day or night at any time. Sometimes late in the middle of the night it's a limited menu, but you don't really need to worry about bringing a ton of extra snacks or drinks to yourself. Maybe toss in a granola bar or two,  nothing you need to worry about.
Definitely make sure you have a charger, earbuds if you need them, tablet or book you want to read.
