Uti auedtion

I started experiencing uti symptoms on Saturday but couldn’t be seen by my doctor until today. They did a urine test and it will take 48 hours. Will I be ok? I’m super worried about my uti becoming a kidney infection. I have nausea but I’m also on letrozole so idk if it’s from the infection or the meds.
