Endometriosis with no symptoms?

Question

Has anyone had endometriosis with little to no symptoms? I was on nexplanon a few years ago and while on it I went to the hospital from horrible abdominal pains and of course they didn’t find anything wrong. I got it removed and still a few times around my period I would get the same pains again where I would have to leave work from the pain. I got on birth control for about a year which helped regulate everything and the pain stopped. Now I’ve been off birth control for over a year and have not experienced the pain again! Is there anyway I could still have endometriosis with no symptoms?

I had no symptoms other than severe infertility. Couldn't even get any gynos or REs to ck me for it. After 9 yrs of TTC I was suffering from a bit of discomfort during intercourse so my gyno decided to perform laparoscopy on me. Turns out I had Endo the whole time🤦🤦

The only time I didn’t have symptoms was when I was on the pill from 16-22. I went off it due to leg cramps. I’d say it took about 1 1/2 years for symptoms to start returning and an additional 3 years of telling my obgyn about my pain before they scheduled surgery to remove a cyst, diagnose endo and remove endo growths. 
I thought my periods in my early teens were supposed to hurt that much. When my femurs started burning I finally started telling my obgyn to do something because I was at the end of my rope. I have many other typical endo symptoms and getting that hell shot lupron didn’t do anything but remove the burning femur pain. Now it’s in my hip bones 😩 
The only oddball endo thing I have to deal with is cystic acne 😫 and alopecia which started literally the week before surgery. I feel lucky though because I lose patches that aren’t visible unless I point them out or until they start growing in-usually the back and sides of my head, more recently by my temples, and rarely near my part. I’m very lucky my hair doesn’t thin instead. It’s down to my hips and is my pride and joy. I do get nervous with every new balls patch. This doesn’t happen to every endo girl.
I don’t really have faith that endo will ever go away but I’ve found ways to manage it and those flare ups that make me have to leave work. I always carry one of those microwaveable rice bags because the heat soothes but also speeds up the flare ups. I now work solely as a temp so that I can take extra days off when I know I’m going to have tough days. My endo ebbs and flows from long periods of bad flare ups to periods of easy flare ups. The past 1 1/2 years have been heaven! My last debilitating flare up was last May and it wasn’t as bad as it could be. A new record for me 😁
I always expect something to hurt during ovulation. When it starts getting too bad I’ll start closing out those days with my agency.
Endo pain does not reflect the amount of growths you have. I met someone with stage 4 endo and the only reason she found out was because she couldn’t conceive. I’m stage 2 but have finally gotten to the point where I can live around it. I also use the Lamaze method when things get bad. If you don’t have a rice bag you can make one out of an old sock. 
I really hope you have an easy time with it or have the opportunity to schedule your life around it.

Only way to know if you have endometriosis and be diagnosed is via laparoscopic surgery
