Just hit 40, husband has no children.

So guys my husband and I started this journey a while ago. Did my reversal, he started HCG injections, which are amazing, so we've been trying, thinking this is definitely a time that things are looking like it might could happen and I have a really good feeling about it. So I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. Well this morning when I woke up and went to pee, I noticed I had blood on my panties, so I wiped and grabbed a tampon. Later I couldn't keep it in, didn't feel right, so I took it out. Not one drop of blood at all on it!!! And im still not showing any signs of bleeding at all!! I know I just need to wait and see if i start tomorrow, but I can't help but have me Hope's up. What do you all think it could be?!?!?
