5 days after loss

So I'm 5 days after "Miscarriage" still getting positives. I had an ultrasound today and there's still something in there. I have an appointment in two days with my normal Dr I see. I do not like the emergency department Drs.. I've had heavy bleeding off and on (sometimes it's light as) blood clots, loads of cramps and a lot of nausea 🤢😭
