14 weeks pregnant and sick with a horrible cold

Went to the doctor yesterday and she almost gave me a steroid shot!!! When she was about to administer it, I asked her if it was okay for the baby. (When I called to make the apt I told them I was pregnant. When I checked in, I told them I was pregnant. When the nurse sent me back to my room and asked family history questions I told her I was pregnant.) and my doctor freaked out and asked me why I never said anything about being pregnant!!! 🙄🙄 luckily I didn’t get the steroid shot and she sent me home with Amoxicillin and told me to get this mild form of over the counter cough medicine. This cough is RIDICULOUS....

Help me I feel like I’m dying. 😫😫😫
