Hi all!

I just wrote up a new Emergency Contact list for my babes new car seats (mom, dad, and grandmas car seats). Having been in an accident with a child, I learned quickly this is a MUST! Don’t rely on your cell phone or memory bc you won’t remember when your brain is jumbled... or in my case my cell phone went flying and we couldn’t find it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So... type out a quick little something on the computer about 2.5x4 inches, turn it over and write “emergency contact” on the back. Then use that awesome clear tape for packages and tape that bad boy to the car seat! Just make sure to leave a little “flap” so that anyone can remove it in a hurry. EMS can just rip that puppy off and stick it to their uniform or paperwork if needed.

We include:

Child’s name, DOB, last weight with date. Babes allergies to drugs or food. If she’s formula/breastfed.

Mom & Dads name, DOB, and cell numbers. Along with home address.

Then 4 emergency contacts with names, relationship, and cell numbers.

Finally the pediatricians office name, the doctor, and their phone number.

I made 3 copies, one variation for the grandparents saying who the driver would be (either grandpa or grandma with their legal name).
