Good products for redness and eczema on arms?

Haven’t tried anything for my arms but need something before summer 😭😭 I always hate the way my arms look!

If you have access, Triamcinolone is extremely effective! It’s the best thing I’ve tried but it’s only available by prescription. Hydrocortisone also works well. I have a prescription but there are OTC options as well. I couldn’t add the link through Eve but I pasted one below. I’d recommend CeraVe because I have very sensitive skin and had problems with the Eucerine cortisone. It’s also important that you have a gentle hypoallergenic body wash and Cetaphil is great for that!
