How to build a freezer stash?

I’m exclusively pumping for my baby and I’ve been wanting to build a stash for the freezer but I can’t seem to be able to put any way because I’m only pumping enough for his daily feedings. I’m pumping every 2-3 hours so I don’t know how to do this haha.

Try power pumping, plan for once or twice a day for 5-7 days and see if you see an increase. Also I’ve used the Legendary Milk products with this babe and am actually getting more and better quality milk as well. I’m a just enougher too but now Im a bottle or two ahead of baby on the regular. And make sure you don’t skip the middle of the night pump. The prolactin hormone that triggers the milk making is highest between 1am and 5am. Unfortunately. 😂 and know milk output varies thru the day. Like my output is regularly like 5-6oz, 4-5oz, 3-3.5oz, 2.5oz, 3.5oz, and 3.5oz. I’m 8 weeks into EP for my third and she’s been doing anywhere from 19-24 oz per 24hr period. And I do 3.5oz bottles. Most the time she finishes them but occasionally she will leave some or she will need more since she’s been sleeping thru the night. Also I would make sure you’re not over feeding baby. I did that for a bit and I was so stressed cuz she would NOT take formula (she’s spoiled 😂 my other two had formula exclusively by 2.5 months). I also got donor milk so I would stress less about HAVING to produce for her and that weight off my shoulders actually helped me produce more.

Does your baby eat all of what you pump each time? I have times that I am pumping like 6, 7, or 8 ounces when he usually only eats 4, so then I can split up some of what I pumped and put some in the fridge for the day and some in the freezer.
