Husband works out of town, what do I do?

My husband left for work on Sunday January 26th. We baby danced a few times over the weekend. But I just got a positive tests of ovulation today Wednesday January 29th. Any chance I could get pregnant ? He is 4 hours away so I can’t just leave to go see him. Any tips or what would you guys do?

His sperm are good for 3-5 days in your system, so there is still a chance! I am out of state for work but have been trying to travel home just to hit ovulation.  It's intense to plan that 5 day window and on weekends!
