First time doing IUI - any success stories? Single/twins?

I’m doing 
IUI
 this cycle for the first time. I’m nervous but hopeful. Has anyone gotten pregnant on their first try of 
IUI
 taking Letrozole? And has any one gotten pregnant with Twins on 
IUI
?

Just found out I am pregnant from my first iui that was done on January 17th. I had clomid cd 5-9 and ovidrel trigger shot 12 hours before iui. We bd on January 15th, the evening of the iui, and twice a day a couple of days following the iui. We had unexplained infertility other than my husband had a couple of low motility semen analysis. He was on fertiliad for low motility for three months prior to the iui and his numbers were good post wash for the iui. Two years of infertility was really hard for me mentally but in the beginning of January I finally convinced myself to stop feeling sorry and be optimistic. It’s really important to not be negative or stressed going into it.

I’m starting letrozole today as well for my first round of IUI. Hoping for twins!

First IUI for me as well, just got my ultrasound this morning, I was on Letrozole day 3-5 and the nurse was very very happy... I produced 3 follicles that are ready to “pop”! So hoping one of them takes... 2 would be better as I am
42 and hoping this is the first and last time I do this! Trigger shot tonight, IUI for sat!

I got pregnant, but not on my first iui. Even though it wasn’t my first iui, it was the first time I used letrozole instead of clomid. My daughter is 9 months old. Good luck!!
