Period due today, there’s brown discharge.positive hpt

We were trying to conceive this past month and I had all the pregnancy symptoms. My ovulation date was 12 days ago. My period is due today and I had positive hpt? I think but started having brown/pink discharge. Am I pregnant or is this my period? So confused
