Okay I was planning a trip to New Orleans by myself and this guy I’ve been seeing mentioned he wanted to go. So my intention was to pay for the room and the activities we were going do. I was going to ask him to pay for the tickets. So he decides he doesn’t like the room that I booked and wants an air bnb instead so I guess he will book it. So now I was going to pay for my own ticket and the activities and have him pay for his own ticket and the room. Am I being petty not paying for his ticket? I didn’t mind at first because the tickets were only $200 each round trip but he wanted a different airline and times which caused the tickets to go from $200 a piece to $500 a piece. I didn’t want to pay that much for a ticket but I’m willing to at least pay for my own ticket. Second will I be petty to cancel his ticket if he doesn’t pay me?
