ACNE !!

Can someone please tell me if they have ever had acne like this? The bumps are hard but can not be popped, they just happened to appear randomly. I haven’t changed shampoos, facewashes, or any medicines so I’m kinda stuck. Never had this kind of acne before. How to get rid of it? If possible?
