Manuka Honey
I’m panicking - I just realized that the manuka honey that I’ve used to moisturize my lips every so often is raw🤦♀️. I’ve had the jar for such a long time, it didn’t occur to me until now. I’ve never ingested it with food/drink, but now I’m so worried that this has harmed the baby.
