Taking a break from TTC...

Feeling like we need a break. It’s been emotionally draining and stressful (2 losses in 2019). Want to feel like myself again, even if just for a few months. My question is...HOW do you take a break? I know I can stop logging everything (maybe even delete my apps for a bit), but it’s all engrained in my head. I know my cycle well. I feel like I will inevitably still be “trying” even if I don’t write it down. Have you done it? How??
