ANY OBGYN’s ON HERE ⁉️

Okay so I’m 14 days late for my period. I’ve been taking ovulation test since December 31st all of them look very very very close to positive still today I get two dark lines on my ovulation test so I thought okay I must of got a bad box of test🤷‍♀️ I should of already started my period by now and I’m producing progesterone discharge so I went to the dr yesterday and she ran blood work she said everything on my blood work looks really good and she has no reason to be concerned but she did say that my blood work is saying that I’m STILL trying to release an egg!!! I was suppose to ovulate January 4th and it’s January 29th and I’m still trying to release a egg??? She didn’t really say what it could be or anything so does anyone have any answers or seen something like this before? I usually ovulate exactly when I’m suppose to every month so idk what happen this month???
