Oh god this is so STUPID and I know!! I know that doctors do this sort of thing every single day but for some reason, this is more embarrassing than having someone eye level with my butt hole doing a pelvic exam and I have no idea why.

I have leaking nipples, it’s gotten much, much worse. I know nobody is about to be grabbing my boob and squeezing it so I’m gonna have to pull out a boob and squeeze it to show them what I’m talking about because it’s rare when it just leaks out on it’s own. I have to get this looked at... it needs to be addressed because I don’t have children and I’ve never been pregnant so this is weird. But I’m still just... 😳 UGH!!! I have to squeeze my nipples and make eye contact with the doctor. There’s a good chance I could spray them too. WHY IS THIS SO MORTIFYING? It’s just a boob and it’s just a doctor who spent years in college studying this stuff and can help me but 😫
