Spinning??

Question

Does anyone do spin classes or at home spinning?? How is it?? Wanting to look more into it after i have my baby in may to lose some of the weight and get into some form of exercise in general at home

I LOVE spin! I did it for 8-9 years. I even did it throughout my pregnancy until about 34 weeks pregnant and found out my son had a few issues. He’ll be 1 on Saturday! Unfortunately I haven’t gotten back into it since, but I miss it so much! I just always felt so good after. To me, as long as you keep a positive mindset instead of a dreadful mindset, you can totally get through it and have a good time. Oh, and music is HUGE when it comes to spin! If you have good music you can go to the beat and get into easier. I say try it, if it’s not your thing then find something else! I’ve just always felt so good after, it’s my favorite type of cardio besides the stairs.

I hate my spin bike. It's so hard on my knees. I gained 70lbs throughout my pregnancy and lost 40lbs of it. So my body just isnt use to the extra weight. Going to try and start using it come monday.

Lol I hated it 😂 it’s good cardio but I’d rather lift weights. My crotch hurts for days from those seats

I do cycle class every Wednesday. I have a love/hate relationship with it 🤣 I love it because it works so good but it hurts and its boring. I like to switch things up so being on a bike for 30 mins going up and down in the seat is boring to me, but its a great workout!

Yes!  I love spinning!  I got a peloton last year and I love it just as much as my group cycle classes at the gym (if not more)!   Look into one of those--they're amazing!
