What’s wrong with me

A week and a half ago I had the flu. It was terrible. Finally felt better after 6 days. Now for the past 5 days or so I have had diarrhea and just now threw up 3 times in the middle of the night. I don’t know what is wrong with me. I have never had morning sickness and never thrown up. I feel like it doesn’t have to do with the pregnancy. Could it be a virus? Feeling really discouraged.
