How to dry up your milk ?

Any tips to dry up your milk ? Any easy ways

I didn’t breastfeed at all. But my doctors office told me to wear a tight bra such as a sports bra 24 hours a day, cabbage leaves in the bra, no hot showers, and Benadryl at night. I didn’t do the Benadryl and it worked for me in just a few days. I did have to pump once to relieve some pressure. I’m sure the process is more extensive for people who have been breastfeeding.

I took Sudafed. It work in one day.
 The week before I tried cabbage leaves ice packs all week, but it kept leaving me so engorged it was painful. 
So I went to Walmart and got a pack of Sudafed took all the recommended dosage the next day one breast was completely dry up, my other breast that was my main feeder, still had some milk. So I would express some of the milk out, making sure I do not empty the entire breast, so it won't be engorged. By day three completely no milk with no pain.

I slowly slowed down feedings down to one a day and then after about a week of that I went to nothing.

It took me 3 days to dry up my milk. Please notice i barely had any but still. 
I was drinking sage tea 2 cups per day plus wraping my breast tightly (like you want to have almost no boobs) with bondage for all day and night.
Plus cup of pepermint tea.
IT worked for my Sister twice, my midwife, her doughter and many other women i know.

There's no 'easy' way.... Stop breast feeding and pumping - wear a supportive and comfy bra. They will feel like rocks and be super tender but will ease after 2/3 days.
Hot showers and massage your breast downwards to help release the milk. Good luck.
