i’m 10wk4days, and lately i have been randomly feeling an overwhelming feeling to cry for no reason! i feel so stupid and alone 🤦🏼‍♀️ i just want to cry my eyes out and i don’t know why! and i’m also absolutely terrified of labor, since i suffer from ptsd & severe anxiety/panic attacks. 😞 i feel so dumb...
