Help with sleeping !

My 7 month old baby wakes up about 3 times a night, he goes to bed amazingly on his own he has his bottles plays a little with me then I put him in his crib and he goes gets him self to sleep, but when he wakes up the exact same times every night I try and soothe him in every other way, I’ve let him cry it out, water, but nothing works except feeding him a bottle soothes him and puts him right back to sleep, but he shouldn’t need bottles or atleast that many at night anymore. Any suggestions? 😩
