Vaginal Birth ??

Has anyone given vaginal birth successful I’m wanting to if I can was wondering if anyone had success and all went well i understand the first can come out ok but the second may need c section so was wondering if anyone had a good birthing experience.

I had a successful vaginal delivery. I almost didn’t make it to the hospital. I had to have them with zero pain meds and I delivered my daughter before the doctor came in to help. I freaked all the nurses out.😂 However, I had healthy babies.

I had my mono/di boys 3 weeks ago vaginaly and only had gas and air 3rd labour for me and all my labours have been very quick. I wasnt having contractions until my waters broke at 6cms.. both my boys were head down and they were born 5 minutes apart xx

My doctor said 2/3 of twin pregnancies are vaginal.

I agree with other comments your doctor will know your case beat. But I did have a successful VBAC with my mo/di twins. Water broke naturally at 33 weeks we kept them in till 34 weeks. They had no issues at all. Good luck mama in whatever you choose.

There are a bunch of successful vaginal deliveries on here. However, it’s something you need to talk to your practitioner about. Some will deliver both vaginally as long as the presenting baby is head down, followed by a breach extraction of necessary, some will only attempt if both are head down, some won’t attempt at all.  Some are will to try to turn the second Abby to head down, some won’t. And doctors in your practice may have varying opinions on this as well. 
Talk to tour Drs and see what they’re willing to do for delivery, because all the success stories in the world won’t matter if your Dr isn’t aligned with your wishes for any reason.

I had a successful vaginal delivery of both babies at 36+5 weeks. They were both head down. They were 40 minutes apart (which is actually quite a while), but it was still a success and it still went smoothly. As long as you don't become destressed or neither one of the babies do, it should be fine. One of my boys got stuck, so they almost had to assist, but as soon as they were about to, he slid right out. And they held baby B in place with their hands on my stomach to make sure he didn't flip once his brother came out and once they popped his water. I think most doctors are still comfortable with delivering a breech baby.
