Finding time

So I want to start working out to lose weight. I’ve been eating better not following any specific diets just meal prepping eating out only once a week and swapping out candy for fruits and soda for water. I lost about 10lbs but recently got braces and then tonsillitis and was eating ramen noodle packs for 2 weeks. So I gained the 10 back. I’m around 215 this is the highest I’ve ever weighed I’m 10 months PP and really want to start working out. I just can’t seem to find the time. I get up around 6 AM to get ready for work leave around 7:45/8 I’m at work by 8:30 off at 4:00, home by 4:30/5:00 I usually do home work until about 6:30 then play with my son directly until about 7:30 then I give him a bath and put him to bed he’s sleep by 8:30/9:00 that’s when I shower lay out clothes for the next day etc I’m sleep by 11:00 also 1 day out the week I go to school from 6:00-9:00 and weekends 2:00-5:00. I’ve tried doing at home workouts in the morning but if my son is a wake he often interrupts me as he’s quiet interested in how I plank lol.
