Safe cold medicine during TWW???

Im in the middle of my TWW and the past 5 days I've had a sore throat and then for the past 3 days I started becoming stuffy where yesterday and today I'm so blah from this stupid head cold that feels like it's full force. I haven't even had enough energy to do anything today but forced myself to do some housework. I have to work tomorrow so I'm looking for anything that might be safe to take. Thanks in advance!
