Constipation?

Question

Is this leading to constipation?  These last couple of days her poop has been mushy balls. Not hard like normal constipation,  and she goes everyday, but you can tell she is struggling. 
What are some things I can do to help my girl out. I feel do bad for her, she's 1 month old.

I would def talk to her doctor bc of her age... being 1 month old, there isn’t any otc meds that can be given to her. I had to give some type of oil to my son but he was about 4 months old and they were hesitant about it bc he was and is breastfed (2.5 years now)

Also the doctor might not recommend anything bc she is going ya know .. go with your gut, moms are ALWAYS right

Always ask your dr BUT what I did was if my son was drinking 4oz of milk, instead of 2 scoops, I didn’t 1.5 scoops. Basically made his formula slightly watery. I also gave him 2 oz of gerber apple juice everyday. Just make sure you give your baby a little bit first to see if they have an allergic reaction or something. **my son had reflux so I would do a little bit of cereal in his bottle, which helped with his reflux but made him constipated to the point he actually pooped a hard ball and that broke my heart. So I started to do everything I just told you and that helped him a lot.
