Confused

Lately I notice I’ve been a bit into my feelings which I rarely do 😅. I’m 5 days late on my period and I just decided to take a pregnancy test.. it came back positive I was a bit confused waited to take another one n it was positive🤯. I’m going to be making a doctors appointment but is it possible to get a positive even tho I’m only just 5 days late????
