My baby is 8 weeks old and all of the sudden I’m coming down with something. Sore throat, head ache, fatigue. No fever though, thank god. What can I take that’s safe while breastfeeding? Also, I know if I get sick my breast milk should adjust to her needs, but should I keep my distance except for feedings? You would think being a nurse and her being my 3rd baby, id know these things, but I’m not a peds nurse and never got sick with my other two.
