Our son had been sleeping through the night up until around 4 months where he woke up constantly turned out he was teething. We got orajel and gave him tylenol. He slept better on the nights we remembered to give him pain meds.

It’s most likely the 4month sleep regression. It lasted about 8 weeks for us and was exhausting and frustrating. Hopefully it doesn’t last that long for you. Nothing much you can do than ride it out.

Id take a look at your daytime routine. In the Little Z’s sleep program, the naps change at 5 months. So babe might be asleep too much during the day. So I’d look at your awake/asleep windows.

Their sleep cycle is changing to an adult between 4-5 months. Give or take. Hang in there it'll pass!
