Light brown spotting- miscarriage?

Hello,
It’s the third day of brow spotting and I’m 14 dpo with a positive pregnancy test (clear blue - 2-3 weeks- today and positive also 12dpo). In the past 2 days spotting was darker and slightly more- now the color is lighter and mixed with mucus. Should I worry? Thx

I had spotting like that at the beginning of my first pregnancy. Went in and had blood work and an US. Baby was too small but we could see the yolk sack. Was supposed to go back 2 days later for another blood draw but he called me before my appt and said that my numbers were great so he wasn’t worried about that, but wanted to give me a rhogam shot since I’m A-. I had that around 6 weeks and now my son is 1.

I have had this for almost 2 weeks now at varying levels. I read somewhere that progesterone can cause this sort of brown discharge. Are you on Progesterone?
One of my miscarriages started with brown spotting but it progressed to red and heavy bleeding within a few hours.
If you aren’t cramping and it is actually getting lighter then it could be fine. I would suggest calling your OB just to check

Definitely call your doctor just to be safe. My first miscarriage started with brown spotting. I had brown spotting for three days that turned heavy and red by the end of day 3. Sometimes brown means that progesterone is low and you need a supplement. Sometimes people just spot and everything is okay. It’s always best to be checked out!
