Not interested in sex but interested in sex

So I’m 18+2 weeks with twins. My stomach is large and I’m having all kinds of round ligament pain. I don’t know how to have sex with my partner because I’m so uncomfortable during it but I want to have sex. Is there anything I can do?

It’s kind of really killing me not being able to be sexual with my partner
