Cycle 1 Letrozole (PCOS) Success Stories??

Long story short my husband and I have been trying for almost a year, we had a miscarriage in July and a chemical in November.

I have been fortunate to ovulate myself in the past, that has since changed or at least weakened and I had an appointment with my OB for yesterday. They decided to start me on Letrozole 2.5 for days 3-7 and test progesterone on day 21, 22 or 23 to see if I have ovulated and ideally I will have and hopefully the BD will get us our rainbow baby. If not I am going to have to up the dose and try again.

Have any mamas with PCOS had results with Letrozole on round 1? Any success with Letrozole?

I am combining with Myo-Inositol and have been on/ am on metformin as well.

I will update as I go through the process and see how things go. 🤞🤞🤞
