I had a D&C on October 4th then I fell pregnant again with my cycle starting on October 31st. It was a chemical unfortunately.

I had a d&c September 2018, got my period exactly 28 days later, and we started trying again 2 weeks after the d&c. I didn’t get pregnant again until June 2019, so 9 months later and with intervention from a RE (meds and IUI for 3 months). We saw a RE because I have PCOS, hit my year mark of TTC March 2019, and my cycles became shorter after the d&c. I’m currently 35 weeks with my rainbow.

I had a D&C August 14th, bled until late September (when I also got my first negative pregnancy test) I ovulated early-mid October and conceived then too. Now 18+1 weeks pregnant with my rainbow.

Directly after a miscarriage you are more fertile. It doesn't have any guarantees though, so don't get your hopes up on conceiving quickly.
