Just had a baby December 17,2019 and I was at 140 when I gave birth I was 200 she really messed up my body so bad I want to get back to myself what are some good workouts I can do at home without going to the gym?

And also what about doing Lipo and Tommy tuck do any of you have before and after pictures please show me I want all the info thank you.
