EWCM-3 days before period

Hello, so I had my tubes tied for 8 years now. I had my last period Jan. 5, 2020 and I get periods every month. This month, ever since the day after I got EWCM, I have been getting period like cramps every day for most of the day (has been 6 days now). I have had insomnia (could be anxiety) and loss of appetite. No sore boobs or anything but this morning, I had jelly like CM (cervical mucus) and my period is due in like 3 days. Is this normal? Keep in mind I already had egg white cervical mucus on the 17th of this month.
