Sleep Tracking (Fitbit to Apple Watch)

Hi, I hope everyone is having a great day! I had a question that maybe someone could help me with.

So I used to use my Fitbit to track my sleep and I loved the way it showed you the results such as your past week as a bar graph. I also liked how it would show you for an example Monday’s night sleep of when you were in REM sleep or light sleep, and when you were awake.

However, I got an Apple Watch and now I’m trying to find an app that is similar to how Fitbit worked and did their set up? Maybe the Apple Watch doesn’t have the full capacity to track that in depth? I know there are apps out there but it feels as if they don’t have what I’m looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
