I get a wax at the salon every six weeks or so. Silky smooth with no irritation, no risk of cuts and less and less regrowth over time plus since the hairs are pulled out completely the regrowth is finer and softer rather than rough stubble like shaving. Creams have a similar result but I chemical burned myself with one once so I am wary of those too. I would ditch the razor!

This. Omg just used it for the first time. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU APPLY IT AND WASH IT OFF FULLY WHEN DONE. But my 😺 is absolutely purrrrfect rn. No bumps none of the itchy stubbles sticking to my undies. It's literally life changing. I am NEVER shaving her again. She is a Queen she deserves the royal treatment. I got the pump bottle with the scraper thing at Kroger for $10!

My recommendation is baby product. I’ve been using baby oil with aloe and Ve for shaving for years now and rarely get razor bumps. I also use men’s razors with baby oil instead of women’s bc they usually have more and better blades imo. I also use unscented baby wipes whenever I need a quick clean of dirt and sweat that don’t require shower. This way less pores would be clogged; therefore less razor bumps appearance. So far works great for me. Hope this helps.
