Don’t know what to do about my boyfriend

Mind you I’m six months pregnant and I’ve had the flu for 3 days now. I thought this evening since is my boyfriend’s evening off we could do some much needed laundry which I always do but instead he decided to go over to his best friend house. Now he went yesterday to help him move and I didn’t make any fuss about it because it had already been planned and today I thought he was gonna go help them finish come to find out he was only going to chill and play some games so I told him to stay and he said he had a right to go and enjoy with his friends. I honestly got really frustrated but don’t know if I should even say anything because he already got upset when I tried asking him to stay.
