Hey guys, I haven’t had a period in a while but I know almost for a certainty that I ovulated 11 days ago and I am now experiencing some light cramping in the uterus (maybe for like, a minute).

For those who experience period cramps, do they usually start before your period? If yes how long before?

We also had unprotected sex on ovulation day, so I’m also wondering which is most probable as DPO 11, implantation or period cramping?

I’ve never experienced period cramping (nor implantation cramping to be fair) before, so I’m just wondering scientifically speaking what the odds are. My hopes are already up, but I’m also 100% realistic that it might be just period cramping if that’s a thing that happens in advance.
