Would you recommend the menstrual cup?

I have the dutchess cup. Its became my BFF!! I recommend the cup to anyone!! I use to only do pad since tampons hurt and no matter what always leaked. I don't feel the cup in at all. Makes me forget about my period

I have a diva cup and love it. I never could use tampons because they hurt so I was sceptical of the cup for the same reason.  I am so glad I tried. It took 2 cycles for my body to accept it. I was super sore inside but after the first two cycles. I haven't had any pain. I still can't alway use it due to cramping ( not related to the cup just period cramps). So I keep pads on hand but 98% of the time I use my cup. It has saved me so much money and is so much easier.  I don't have to change/empty it near as often as I do for pads.

I tried it , at first it was hard and scary but with practice you’ll get used to it .. yes it a bit more work ( dumping & cleaning it ) but it’s worth it , saves you money && it’s good for the earth 😊
