Has anyone else seen this or know what it could be? Its all over his legs and arms too. :(

My daughter had this and I took her to the pediatrician and it was a heat rash

I'll throw out there this could also be a milk allergy reaction. My son's skin looked like this at 2 months it kept spreading, so we switched him to nutramigen formula and it went away almost immediately.
