Weight loss tips~
So my wedding is in 2 months.
I know that's really close.
But does anyone have any weight loss tips for me?
I just want some tips on how to lose weight and how to stay motivated.
Even if its 2-5 pounds. I'll be happy.
I just wanted to get started!
I just want something to start with and stick with even after my wedding.
So any advice or tips you can give me will be amazing! I just want some help.
I just want to start & keep moving.
I've been eating right, and my fiance and I take my dogs on walks 3-4 times a week. I do push ups and crunches every morning.
There isnt a gym close to me, & we are moving after the wedding. I don't want to get attached to a trainer or a specific gym till after we move.
PLEASE HELP ME!!
