TMI throughout

A few days ago I had 2 episodes of extremely light pinky/brown discharge. I phoned my GP who was very unconcerned and said this is normal so I thought, fine, no problem!

Yesterday I had very mild cramping but also had very loose stools and the pain improved after opening my bowels, it felt very similar to bowel type pain rather than period pain

Today, I have no pain but feel distinctly "unpregnant", my breasts aren't sore, I'm far less nauseous, and just have a generally different feeling.

I'm so so worried how all of these issues have occured over the past few days and don't know how to ease my mind 😭 has anyone had similar happen?

I am 8+4 today!
