When will my period return?

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago, and my period still hasn’t showed up. I’m really confused and feel like my body is failing me at the moment. 
I had super regular cycles and I’m so worried that they’ll be messed up, especially as we were hoping to conceive over the next 5 months.
Please can I have some advice, because I’m at my breaking point now 😔

I had one at 3 weeks and my period came the following month around the time my miscarriage happened

Give your body time to get back on track likely your period will be weird for a bit

I was 12 weeks when I miscarried.  It took 7 weeks for it to return.  They say at least 4 weeks but depending on how far along you are that is an estimate. Could be more could be less.  Don't stress too much your body is healing.  I know it is hard to wait but try to use the time to do some self care and take care of yourself.
