Anyone concieve after laparoscopy for endometriosis

Iv been trying for 3 years I had 2 losses in 2018 haven't concieved since then. Finally found out I have endometriosis stage2 Dr removed it I ovulated few days after surgery and am hoping for the best. Any stories
