So I've been on the depo shot for over a year now , and decided that I dont want it anymore. It has caused negative side effects to my body and I'm just done , but also let me say I've been on an off bc since I was 14 because of my periods , I am almost 27 now and have 3 kids and I'm highly considering tubal ligation. But my depo wore off jan 5th and I got my first period jan 23 (haven't had one in over a year) and I'm still bleeding but it's not heavy it's like spotting, but I'm not sure how long this will or can last ? And has anyone else experienced this or having something similar?
