I'm in my 12th week and noticing a "tight" sensation at the top of belly. Is this normal?

A lot of my pains and tightness ended up being gas 😒 A warm shower with water running on my belly helped. I'd sit down or take a bath unless you have somebody home to keep an eye out for you though.. Warm showers cause dizzy spells sometimes!

I'm experiencing some tight feelings in my stomach and then some sharp stomach pains. I passed some gas and ate and that helped and now I just threw up and the pain is still there but a little less. I'm only 9w5d. Should I head to the ER? I don't know if mine are Braxton hix.
