Hey guys, anyone else have a c section scheduled due to breech baby? So that I don't feel entirely alone!

Tried ECV yesterday at 38w1d and didn’t work. Also FTM! They told me to keep doing my exercises to try and have her flip, but I feel it’s a lost cause.
In a way I’m excited to have an actual date and knowing exactly when baby will be here (she can always decide to show up earlier, but never later!). But I’d like to experience vaginal birth and surgery creeps me out.

I’m 35+6 and my baby is still breech. I’m guessing they will be scheduling a c section. I have a doctors appointment on Monday. I really wanted a natural birth.

Having a c section for a breech baby in 4 days! Tried the ECV at 36 +6 and it failed. I was sad at first to not have the vaginally delivery I had hoped for but now I just feel grateful that I know when she’s coming and that I live in a time where modern medicine makes having a breech baby not life threatening!!

My baby is breech also, I’m 36+3 and they’re going to attempt an ecv Wednesday. I’ve had 2 vaginal births so really trying to avoid a csection.

Anyone else with me?
