I lost my son I'm a mess social media is toxic I'm at the cematary and hate everything and just want to erase everything.

I’ve deleted Instagram and Facebook plenty of times. I don’t see my self worth being defined from a social media account and random people. Plus my ex used social media to cheat on me so I don’t want to be surrounded my toxic people. It wasn’t hard for me and it actually allowed me to have a better sleep schedule and peace of mind. I’m sorry for your loss.

i don't delete my actual account but i'll sign out of the app. anytime i'm sad or it becomes too much i'll delete it for months. the longest i've gone is 4-5 months at least. it's not hard for me at all because i genuinely don't want to be on it if it's making me sad or frustrated or mad from seeing things that i don't want to see. gives me peace of mind actually

Social media is toxic... it was diff at first but it feels so good without it. Life is better without it.
